After dealing with extortionistic tactics of VOIP provider Lingo for 3 calendar months, we solicited the assistance of the local news' investigative reporter. Contact the FCC to tell them that VOIP phones should be included in the law regarding phone number portability.
Lingo is the worst phone company ever, their customer services sucks, your phone is answered by ppl who can't speak English in Philipines and India. They told me to deposit $400 after discontinue my phone, just to reinstate it.
they are fraud and should be shut down out of business.
