  • I do a lot of restorations on garden machinery and a sandblaster will save me a hell of a lot of time, can you do sandblasting with a 3hp 13cfm compressor?

  • @thealed29 , you can with the sadnblasters from blastitclean .co. uk - that size compressor will power those sandblasters.

  • a question!

when you sandblasting and the metal recovery the brilliant colour if you paint the piece of metal rust appears again?

  • @MElekiaZ , if you apply paint quickly rust should not come back

  • love sansblasting

  • @acegrit silverish

  • very cool

  • @brian8793 @brian8793 I don't know where you live but can only give advice as per UK users, in which case if you have a lot of sandblasting to do & using ordinary household elctricity, a 14-15cfm (9-10cfm FAD) compressor would give best results.

the sandblaster will also work with smaller compressors & we can also supply a 2.5mm nozzle for those who have smaller compressors - there is a chart on the the website blastitclean.co.uk on the "air requirement " page.

  • @Koolor1556 that's true, I should have qualified my answer by saying that sandblaster STEEL looks bright grey.
