The Phaistos disc alias the Minoan calendar

The unveiled infrastructure of the Phaistos disc' combination of pictographs is more magnificiant, than one would ever have imagined; like a view through a sublime kaleidoscop. At the same time, like Galileo's, these binoculars gives you insight in heavenly figures of an ancient calendar.

I don't eat that. Why would it then be made for dwarfs and elfies, and not the seize for grown up men ( a non-magnetic mini chess board)? I admit the inscription is very sophisticated; but that is after all not my fault, - I only read it!

I dont think these is a calendar. I think it looks like a old board game. Why?. Well its a funny theory but most of the figures comes forth a few times and it goes as a spiral. Its like they have to get to the end. And the rules could be very diffrent then we know today so who says they have to begin at the middle. I want to believe that the ancients were very developed already then we think. But why should it allways have to do about astronomy or weird mathmatics. It could even be an old diary.

I have a copy of this disk I wear around my neck, it's only one -sided, and the symbols on mine are loosely drawn copies of the real disk... I think mine was a souvenir brought back from Greece. I know it's a Calendar from the Island of Crete but I would love to be able to understand the symbols and their meaning... Thanks! Michael - Alberta - Canada
