the Germany Army was never defeated by any other army..they were defeated by factory production in usa and ussr....

The Wehrmacht put an emphasis upon extensive skills training, teamwork. initiative (you were punished if you did NOT exert initiative) and ideological training. You were expected to replace the rank immediately above you and were trained to do so.
Meetings were short, sharp and focused, often informal.
What happened to the German people? They're so bureaucratic today. How sad.

Americans were just as bad as Germans beacuse they all killed inocent people in bombing and raids and the holocaust etc they all killed so there just as bad as eachother but they did what there leaders forced of payd them to do...init
