? I don't know it just did it lol maybe its not locked ? if it has a lock probaly around 165 kph I think But I hit like 164 more like 102 mph :P I think it would go more if I'd like to kill myself lol

mines a 2000 4.0 also and for some reason whenever i hit 100 it always makes a kick sound as if its about to blow. so i dont think its possible to go past

Yep very good stuff. 5 speed manual, now I need to buy a new shaft it didn't like to burn my old oversized tires at the end of this summer ! Ahahaha! I pop tha hood and there's ford sign everywhere and the only this is there the mazda tag on the back and mazda sign. I like that truck.

they're very good, indestructible I would say.. motor won't ever die on those trucks. the body will let you down before the motor is killed lol very great trucks

yeh lol I got a b2300 97 same as ranger I got to 105 mph but hey fuckoff go faster fuckin dangerous loll very good truck always started even at -30 celcius motor never let me down.

I have a 2000 Ranger 4x4 I bought brand new, and through proper maintenance (never missed an oil change) it runs like a top to this day. Mine has a 4.0 V6, rated at 200hp, with a dual catback exhast system. I wouldn't sell it for anything. It has developed a few quirks over the years (all electrical), but nothing serious mechanicaly. Great trucks if you ask me. Several years ago, I did push mine to 100 mph, and I know I could have hit 120, but you are crazy to try that.

Thats why I don't like buying used trunks. Beat them and sell them. I'm considering buying a ranger. How is the reliability?
