I really liked this movie. However, I thought Spike Lee could have made his point stronger if the ending was different. I thought by all the blacks shoot each other at the end causes the movie point to get somewhat missing. But other than that it is a great movie. It is sad that remnants of minstrel shows continue to this day.

those who walked out dont want to face the truth.

Thankyou for posting this. More people need to know.

It's an excellent film. And it really SHOULD be a lot more popular and well known than it is! It says SO much about the times we are in that most people don't even know this kind of film exists! The Powers That Be definitely want to keep common people ignorant and unaware of the real situation with crap movies and tv shows. And of course the music industry. It ALL serves THEIR interest.
"New millennium? It's the same bullshit, just done over. The same bullshit."
Couldn't say it better myself!

Bamboozled is perhaps Lee's most important work, for showing the condemnation of Blacks thro 'normal' social-cultural 'American' activities meant to sideline the race into oblivion. The historical accuracy in this film embarrasses many people who would like to deny how ugly the campaign to dehumanise Blacks, so as to 'puppetize' them, had been. Dolls and film footage from the time is testament to this fact. Notice only few commentators responded to clips of the film. Others were ashamed.
this video has been up since 2008 and has under 700views, yet Mr. Sharpie Man uploaded a month later than this has nearly 300,000.
i'm not speechless, simply moved by the ignorance in this world; i don't expect the video to be as 'popular' because that isn't the time we live in but 674views!!!!! for perhaps the most significant and aware movie of the last decade? crazy.
thanks for the upload.

I saw Bamboozled in the theatre, was shocked at the amount of people walking out and of it. These images hit too close to home for many. Its definitely one of my all time favorite movies.
