The Ocean Part 3: The Musician (2008)

Shot up and down the Welsh westcoast in the summer of 2007 The Ocean shorts are a series of interconnecting moments, dreams, memories and realities, sometimes even crossing over the realms of fiction into a more 'real' place, all concerned with the creation and sometimes destruction, while also the deconstruction, of art. Originally inspired by the music of Dexter Jones in 2006, the film was born, after and during the shoot inspiring more music by Jones and artwork by Charlotte Durie, further inspiring Jamie Panton to add more to the film. Like it's plot, even the making of The Ocean has many layers...

The final part of The Ocean builds to climax in a space before many of the events already seen have even taken place, where The Musician sets the stage for the storm of the madness that has already been and still yet to come.
