Mondays @ 7:30 p.m. & Saturdays @ 2:00 p.m.

Classes stress the importance of the 4 basic kicks (front, side, round, hook) and the application of those kicks into more advanced martial arts tricks. Learn the basics of moves (butterfly kicks, gainers, 540's, corkscrews, butterfly twists etc.) and each variations of each of these while still developing your own style. Learn from 2 of the most renown trickers in the martial arts tricking community and throughout the world.
