"Chance" was an AQHA Stallion that we rescued just minutes before he was to be loaded onto a trailer headed to a feed lot to wait to be Slaughtered in Mexico. He was off in the back end before he fell and tore out the tendon that runs on the front part of the leg which caused him to not be able to keep his hoof and leg straight all the time. He recieved no Vet care for his condition and was in Serious Pain..When we demended that they let us try and save him it took us 2 hours to get him unloaded out of Our Trailer, we got him in a pen and cleaned up his wound and made him feel comfortable and Loved.. Unfortunatly after a couple of weeks "Chances" condition wasn't get any better even with the Great Vet care he was reciving so we made the decision to put him down so that he wouldn't be in Pain any longer.. A Frenchmans Guy, First Down Dash bred stallion that someone was going to throw away like a piece of Trash was the Sweetest Stallion we had ever worked with.. We Will Miss you BIG GUY.. Run in those Green Pastures in Horse Heaven Buddy..

Please don't think for a minute that you didn't save Chance. You absolutely saved him from an unthinkable transport and death. You gave him the opportunity to pass in peace and with love and dignity.
