  • Are the flashes on the truck with the logs, charges going off?

  • No - the flashes are from cameras that are recording the moment of impact. This video is from the Department of Transportation who was testing the effects of the collisions on the train's driver.

  • The first locomotive hiting the trucks is a former EMD SD45T-2 fitted whit a SD70M cab.

  • Love the music, and very interesting video. Was this locomotive used time and time again? If so how long did it last? I noticed the poor truck only lasted two times.
