Minis can get expensive. There are so many great products out there that you can easily just keep buying and not paint any of it. So instead of spending more money I've decided to try my hand at making my own.

  • I really liked the alien tank. Nice clean lines very organic look.

The dreadnoughts not so much but practice will help of course.

Have you tried some grunt infantry?

  • @colddrake80 Thanks for the comments! it's true, the dreads are pretty rough, I'm looking at ways to do it with laser cut bits. I'm really happy with the tank, I'd like to come up with a couple of turret variations for it.

Haven't tried any infantry, that is sooo tiny. maybe when i get acess to a 3D printer I'll do a lot more.

For now this stuff is on hold but i'll come back to it.

  • Thanks! This is Super Sculpey, which is really easy to sculpt with and hardens when you bake it. It's easy to overcook so I like to just place it under my desk lamp for a while and take it out when it's firm to the touch.

  • Thanks for the comments! More is coming, I just need to get my computer fixed.

  • I am going to play lord of the Rings and i got a few minis. But they are pretty expensive!! I was wondering if you could make a video on how to make your own Lord of the Rings minis!!

    It would be extremely helpful!!!

  • I could not tell the difference between your sculpted minis and the originals!!! Nice job!!

  • that's good sculpting, what material did you use?

  • hmm... well done

  • some people have so much talent..... keep up the good work.

  • that was good stuff. i liked the insect thing best, and the tank is also good with its organic look.
