@hybridcombatives, how dare you! You obviously have no idea what our guard does. If they are so bad, then why is it that 60% of the soldiers deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan National Guard. Yeah, active Army should be up to par, that is what they do for a living while our husbands are able to live as a civilian and make money doing that and then answer the call. You are highly uneducated on National Guardsmen. Is it true typical Army recruits join b/c they dont have anythng going for them?

@HYBRIDCOMBATIVES I realize there are many guard units deployed in Iraq and Afganistan, and are doing a great job alonside their regular army counterparts. but stateside training is lacking.

@GodotheInfantry i did 6 years active (Ft.Bragg)and 4 years guard. Alot of these guardsman that are arguing are also not taking into consideration the PT. Active duty on Bragg we ran at least 4 miles a day at least 5 days a week, and standard calesthenics (0600 formation). When has the guard ran anywhere but to the chow line? I enjoyed my time in the guard ( I was a 19D scout), but frankly they are way behind the curve when it comes to operational readiness.

@GodotheInfantry The guard also has the same standerd active army has, we go to the same training and basic dumbfuck, now shut the hell up and stop crying about the guard. Only reason to complain is because you want in, otherwise you wouldnt have watched this.

@GodotheInfantry If your going to quote me do it right. "BEFORE BASIC GUARD TRAINS MORE" Its a proven fact. After basic ya they train more because there at an active base, but most of us in the guard have like I have and are doing the guard to active program so after our schools we go active. Ive been to you guys "Future solider training" and its pointless. Nothing compared to a drill.

Second if you think were all fat why dont you try coming to my unit and telling that to the former marines, and active soliders who lead us.

@GodotheInfantry We train more before basic then active does dip stick. Active trains 3 hours ever thursday, we train a full weekend at an active military camp all weekend long. And after basic most do like i am and transfer to active. So mister badass talk shit on the internet why dont you get ur facts straight and chill. If you are infantry have some respect.

Driving in circles with the Air Force? I'm not talking about that crap on the VBC. I'm talking about the two companies that were consistently out side. One had the SCID/CLE mission and the other that ran Rt Irish. Like the kid from C/1/279 that took a round in his ACH and lived to tell about it.
