uh...I think Newark, NJ now has a BEAR league....about as good as a BEER league I'd say....I mean Conseco was with them for a season and he catches balls with his face....kind of like my ex GF....

the thing that alot of the fastpitch guys dont understand is that it takes alot more skill to play slo pitch.
how often do you see 3 up 3 down in fastpitch, quite a bit. not in slopitch though. it takes way more defensive skill and you see way more balls.
hitting a ball in slo pitch is easy, but can u place the ball, can you drop offfield shots and do it consistently.

Slow pitch is its own kind of challenge, but not nearly as hardcore as baseball.

Someone told me to go watch this amazing video...not so amazing...I mean the guy can hit, but try real pitching, even the girls throw it fast...this is bear league bullcrap...
