Lol, if that's the NSS, then I'm screwed. I've had the same issue. When it did it, I'd disconnect the neg battery cable for a minute, hook back up, and it'd be find. Also, try whackin the strter. If that helps, the starter is toast.
nuetral saftey switch!!! it is doing the exact same thing as mine did. and you can double check to see if it is your neutral saftey switch by seeing if your reverse lights come on. if they dont then it is definitly your nuetral saftey switch.
mine did the same thing! i just wigled the shifter as i was cranking it and it fired up. its been fine ever since.
