Orientation takes place from Sunday through Tuesday during Welcome Week, Aug. 21-28, 2010. Coordinated by the Learning Resource Center and Programs for Leadership and Service Education (PuLSE), First-Year Student Orientation allows you to participate in activities, events, and presentations that will introduce you to the academic, cultural, and social aspects of Butler's campus. Attendance is required for all incoming first-year students.
During orientation, you will be assigned to an orientation group, based on your major. Faculty and student orientation guides will facilitate your group meetings. You'll learn about Butler's academic expectations, discuss the Welcome Week Book and ease into your new role as college student. We've also planned some fun social activities for you to get to know other students and Butler!
Nicely done.
