Raw Video: Dog Dies While Cop Detains Owners

A Texas couple, who were pulled over for speeding while rushing their choking dog to an emergency vet clinic, said their pet died after officers held them for 15 minutes. The incident was caught-on-tape. (Aug. 18)

@198341176 youre an idiot. a dog is not a dog. you obviously have NEVER owned a real dog. absolutely not understanding. i cannot have children, my dog was my child. this cop is being a fuck. you cannot just "get another dog". escort him to a vet, THEN you can write him a ticket. This video pissed me off. So if he had a child in the car it would be perfectly fine for him to drive 100 on the expressway and for a child it's fine to kill a family of four? Sure he was speeding, which a lot of people do ALL the time, but if most people didn't know by now, they don't make freaking ambulances for animals. The owners are the ones who have to try and get them to a vet as quick as possible, and just like a person with a kid they would obviously be speeding to save their love one.

This is simple. The owners speeding killed the dog. The cop was wrong for letting him go.

Next time Bubba, a deep breath, slow exhale... call your vet. If you don't have one, you didn't love your pet anyhow. The vet probably could have instructed him on how to clear the blockage, same as we do on a human that is choking. OR, drive like a lunatic, and kill my dog, my children and me when you hit my car. Idiot.
