Even with limited amount of space and equipment you too can experience an intense and highly effective workout in less than 10 minutes.

  • Great vid! =) It gave me lots of ideas to do in my workout. Good use of the ball.

I love the cat in the background just going about his stuff haha.

  • Thanks for your input. You got the purpose of the video which was to share ideas of how you can go about incorporating different things into your program.

I don't claim that this program will pack on loads of muscle. It is great for burning fat and any serious bodybuilder that I've seen try it has fallen flat on their face before it was done.

You'll see the cat and my kids pop in the videos from time to time. Just trying to keep it real.

    Keep workin' hard!

  • thats called circuit training........interval training is a period of easy exercise followed by a period of very intense exercise then back to the easy (and so on) with no breaks

  • @TheFitBastard Awesome video!

  • Weight lifting are the intervals, jumping and stuff like that are the bursts :)

  • sub for a sub ?

  • warm up first, stretch after.

  • Great stuff, just what I need

  • you always have to warm up and strech bealive me you should warm up and strech after begging any workout

  • this is very helpful. thanks

  • nice advice for general fitnes, but where are the intervals? that was just a very fast paced workout. very good for someone trying to start working out tho. just a tip, when you did the shoulder presses at the beginning, dont let your arms fall below 90 degrees. otherwise you could injure your rotator cuffs. nice job on the vid. more people need to be like you and show others it doesnt need to be an expensive or time consuming hobby.
