Jonathan Salem Baskin is a prolific, renown writer and great intellect. His blog, "DimBulb", has a healthy following as does his column in Advertising Age. Two of his latest books, "Histories of Social Media" and "Branding Only Works on Cattle", are widely read and controversial in the advertising-marketing world. Baskin bravely challenges convention with common sense review of the last two thousand years and especially the last one-hundred. It is hard to dismiss Baskin, love him or not. His repertoire can be experienced from the stage or in person, as he consults with corporations around the world. This is a thought leader of consequence; Baskin cannot help swing your pendulum one way or the other. This is the outcome of listening--be warned.
