This is so amazing, I'd like to ask how did your cuts get so precise and accurate at that fast speed?

@TimelessCoconut Lots of PRACTICE. As a Chef Instructor I have taught thousands to cut like this. Many cut a finger tip, I often say "If you loose a finger, that's Ok, you have 9 more, try to be a bit more careful"
