LegoCityMaster2000, I may sell instruction on a site called Bricklink but have not got this trains instructions done yet. This is a simple train anyway, the engine and caboose are based on the medium(my own Train engine and the caboose) by LEGO, just done with red white and blue, and the cars are a rough copy of the Emerald Nights car using parts from the hobby train set. You should be able to build this without any other help.
