Aaron reviews the giant Samsung Galaxy Note, a hybrid between a smartphone and tablet. Galaxy Note offers a 1.4 GHz dual-core Exynos CPU, 5.3-inch Super AMOLED HD (800x1280) display, 8-megapixel camera with 1080p HD video recording, 2-megapixel front-facing shooter, a large 2,500 mAh battery, and Android 2.3 with TouchWiz 4.0. It's coming soon to AT&T (with 4G LTE on board), but you can purchase the international version online at various retailers.

It's a big phone, but choice is always good. All things considered, is this the best Android device out there? We'll take a look. Part 2 of 2.

  • @jayroalvarez sometimes doesnt play full screen, but think theres few apps out there that are dedicated for "entertainment" on galaxy note

  • i can still remember when phones were used to make phone calls....

  • so hows porn on it?

  • sorry becouse this cellphone have wi-fi????

  • do you have to have internet to hook it up to att ? or can you just get it with the regular plan

  • you should put a tmobile sim card so the people can see how the samsung note works for tmobile

  • @glenmaylone me too! The Nexus came out before this phone and it's already using ICS. Makes me wonder if they actually will allow this to be upgraded to 4.0...they have renegged on other devices before.

  • Is this just like a bigger version of the Galaxy S II? I have the Galaxy S II and it already feels big in the hands to me.

  • @glenmaylone I'm an american here in Korea teaching english.

They just released the ICS upgrade. unfortunately, its a Korea specific version. which is making is hard for me to root. haha

    It's a GREAT phone.

battery life does lack a little bit if you're constantly texting or connected online all day.

i'd say you're good for about 8-10hrs with A LOT of use.

waiting for a bigger battery to come out

  • @nemesis032886 i have the epic 4g touch too. you're right it does so the same thing but the s pen is extra plus a bigger screen.
