The Dick Tracy Show Can Now Be Seen In Reruns On The Retro Television Network.

It's generally assumed that these cartoons take place in New York City. But in this episode, Tracy states that the crooks are traveling south on the 101 and instructs Hemlock to nab them before they cross the border. That definitely places it in the Los Angeles metropooitan area.
