Pissysteve, Conservatives hating on high taxes doesn't mean they hate healthy communities. It is proven that private healthcare sectors provide a better quality of care than a government run healthcare system. To prove that you can simple look at the Europeans. They have universal healthcare and our healthcare system may have many defects, but we have the best technology/healthcare in the world. This is because the incentive to exceed in medicine is greater in the US than in Europe.
