www.buildmourramuscle.com Its on like Donkey Kong! Its week 2 and its all about building new habits and rituals. Research has shown that it takes 20-30 days to form a new habit. For this week I want you to focus on the exercise habit and try to get in at least 30 minutes of activity every day! Start slow and build your way up.
A good idea would be to follow the program on my website Monday, Wednesday and Friday. On Tuesday and Thursday you can do some cardio or go for a brisk walk.
Nutrition wise, add 2 fruits and 2 vegetables to your diet.
