The D string kinda sounds like a bad quality.
it really sucks. I stopped playing my violin (which i've played for about 5 years now) for a couple of weeks and i came back and it was WAY out of tune, and i forgot how the strings sounded. So i watched all the way up about 3 mins and got into the string parts. Everything before, was such a review, like from elementary.

Yes, GoobaKitty, I am using the Essential Elements 2000 Edition. I find its one of the easier and more accessible beginner books.
