@barry1023100 how do you know that? we only knew the cows had it as a vet did a tb test and discovered it, not the type of thing you do to a badger
-
Are badgers dying all the time from TB? Are they getting it from cows? Are badgers not the innocent party here? The cows have the TB first.

In the past, you and I know that some farmers used cyinade gas and other lethal methods. That woulod be like asking football thugs to police a football match.
.Farmers have come under to much preasure, to mass produce food, at supermarket cheap rates. Society needs to focus on the cause not the symptoms
causing a holocust in nature is not the answer
-
I believe killing is the answer but carried out in a controlled way. It didnt work before in the trial because they went in guns blazing but if it was managed better i think it would help. Their numbers should be controlled not totally wiped out. I cant see why badgers cant be controlled by farmers the same way as foxes and rabbits.

I do empathise with the farmers, but badgers have been here a lot longer than us. The science is not backing up the farmers claims, and you can't go in gun hoe, especially when you are talking about the balance of nature. Killing is not the answer, prevention also has to come from the farmers, in vaccines etc. badgers have enough to put up with with badger baiting, which is pure abuse

I dont know what you are getting at here.... cattle eating other cattle traces such as bone meal has lead to BSE. Nothing to do with badgers........Its TB that badgers spread, and they are the animal that is most susceptible and likely to spread it to other farms and their cattle. It may be the case that badgers will have to be culled to ensure that TB doesnt spread more extensively
-
alowing to get badger numbers to reach current and further levels is what is the real problem
-
I think my thoughts were more intelligent than what you offered. I am pleased to announce that my badger setts are under bovine testing. mass farming on greedy demand, was always going to cause problems in the long term for us all.

you are an idiot!
if badgers are responsible for 40% of cattle infections, what about the other 60%?
