The Meyer Bluegrass Band plays at the 6th Annual Pickin in the Park Bluegrass festival in Walnut Grove, Missouri, on June 13th, 2009.
Brent Smith from Stockton, Missouri, joined the band at this festival to play guitar and mandolin with the Meyer's. Jimmy Meyer, age 10, is also playing bass. David Meyer is playing fiddle, John Meyer is playing banjo, and Paul Meyer is playing guitar.
Some great licks in that rendition.
What are these kids going to be able to do when they get some more experience ...
The longer they played the tighter the got.
Thanks for sharing!
I wish people would walk away if they want to talk during a performance.

Oh wow. Its hard to get teenagers to do anything like that now days. That's raw natural extreme talent. That little boy on bass. He is too sweet.
