ChromeWing 2 - Game Maker Creation

It's been a long time since I've uploaded, but now I have time because it's spring break :D

Sorry about the quality, it's the best it gets without this computer lagging...

So basically, I've been making some games lately. They are pretty cool. If I have time I might upload more videos but I don't know. With this game I got lucky because I fixed the bugs faster than ever before.

This game is centered on a futuristic military technology, called the ChromeWing suit. It is a powersuit that is shaped like a bird because it can better resemble flight patterns like a bird does. It also is equiped with boosters, ohhh yeah :D
There are 2 squads facing off against each other. Each squad is made up of 4 members, with one being the commando. The commando is the only character that can shoot missiles, and that's what you will control. The Soldiers can also fire machine guns, and use a sword swing as you can see from those rotating objects.

The background is different each time, it chooses from 5 different vista inspired wallpapers. The characters aim in the direction you use the arrow keys or WASD, and you can actually see the sprites aiming in the current direction. I used small character sprites because I like Liero's graphics style, less room for the character and more room for the action :)

Like my many other game creations, they all keep me busy, and sometimes I even enjoy it more than playing any normal game. When I get to college I'm going to major in game development! I'm serious!

If this video gets enough attention, I'm gonna upload the current game to a file sharing site!
