the song is about her distaste for fake hipsters (particularly NY hipsters, LES=Lower East Side.)
My interpretation of the video is an attack on these hipsters/poser artists, using real creativity and art. To me the use of food and other elements is creative and the abundant use of paint is art.
But, that's just my interpretation.
