  • I ordered AT&T T1 service and they've been sitting on my order for like 4 months. Is that typical?

  • @castirondude After the order was placed, you should have had a technical interview. Did that happen? If so, 4-6 weeks later you should have a working circuit. The install people really crank now, because they get paid to turn out the installs. If you want to hire me to bird dog your circuit, send me a message at ghency@skjtech.com

  • Does AT&T provide you with the router configuration?

  • AT&T supplies you with a one-line diagram that is sufficient for an engineer that is used to these things, but for a less technical person it is not so easy.

  • AT&T professionals caust like $200.00 peps

  • @castirondude hi, is there any DSU/CSU? or it is integrated in cisco router?

  • @ghbondfish I placed the order in March, accepted early April, the technical interview (i.e. number of IP's required) was mid april, committed install date was 5/20 which was what, 6 weeks ago. They've been "escalating the issue" since then. Well, fortunately I have a crappy wireless internet connection to fill the gap.

  • What model is the router and modem? anyone?

  • Very Nice. Thank you.
