@b4d27 I'm seeing the ABB this coming March. My brother and I are getting ourselves and my father front row tickets to the ABB and Dickey Betts and the Great Southern (since dickey isnt with ABB anymore) as a birthday present for him. ABB in march and DB in April. The ABB has been my dad's favorite band for 30+years and he has never seen them live. AND he introduced my brother and I to them. cant wait! /endrant

@samk069 Man...that's too bad. Dickey is absolutely amazing, but I would LOVE to have an opportunity to see The ABB with Derek and Warren, these two guys playing together is quite incredible, as well. Hoping I get a chance to see the Allmans in any way, shape or form!

I saw the ABB a few times back in the 90s. One show in New Haven comes to mind, when Dickey was just on FIRE that night and it seemed the rest of the band knew it and just turned him loose on us. It was one of the most memorable guitar nights ever. Tone. Uplifting feeling. It was amazing. This guy is awesome.

I've seen the Brothers and Greg Allman (solo), but never saw Dickey. This is a great performance but I want the original version played at my funeral.
