Check points are unconstitutional.. even though the supreme court has said that they are constitutional your rights are not waived, remain silent (5th ammendment, tell them that you prefer to ramain silent), do not consent( 4th ammendment) and simply remember, you are Traveling not diving, drivers license were implemented for commercial drivers who use public roads for commercial gains. If you want to feel safe then stay home!!!!

I've lived all over the country from florida to ny to california to texas and in my opinion the worst state police I've encountered are in Illinois and Virginia.

READ the 4th amendment......also note that the walk and stand test is only about 65 percent accurate according to these people who make up the damn tests! People need wake up to our new nazi police! WE need to stop this! Call your reps! protest! march! video tape these! WE the people!

Remember the 4th amendment? It says no search or seizure without probable cause and if you have cause then you must have a warrant. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE to know who in a large line of cars is drunk. This is just another way to steal away our constitutional rights!

Does anyone see a problem with checkpoints ?? Next they will be coming into your house for home inspections,from what i hear its already started !!!
