Saw the movie after reading the book. The movie is actually better, for a change. There are some pretty good chills here. There are moments, however, where editing ruins Wasson's dialogue. "You're shouting," coming before Wasson actually raises his voice to his character's father, and other moments like this. Overall, however, this is a good old fashioned story of ghostly revenge.

My husband was friends with the guy Craig Wasson. My husband was the drummer for the famous broadway play Godspell, and Craig was in the play.
