She's food guarding. She doesn't like that you're touching her when she's drinking. Plus, in your description you say it is milk and then you say it isn't milk. Which is it? And if it's only water, why is it white? Cow's milk isn't good for cats. If it's milk replacer, having too much could make her fat. I "liked" this video because it made me giggle but I just thought I should point these things out :)
