Worksafe = FRAUD, harassment, discrimination, what the fuck is so hard to understand about being injured and needing HELP. These creepy sick bastards would steal from their mother to put a dollar in their pocket, while injured workers are DENIED help, these sadistic bastards, fill their pockets with the money supposed to help injured + disabled workers, NEWS-FLASH we are not going to take this anymore, we are tired of all the lies from you fucking LIARS who could change this dysfunctional system

It's not the injured worker that makes L&I rates higher, It's L&I that does.
Say for instance: the worker went to one of the IME whores and they found him fixed and stable even though the injured worker still has injuries, he goes back to work injured! only to make it worse! He would then file a new claim. over and over again, until he got the treatment he needed. which drives insurance rates higher! When it's actually cheaper to just pay for the injury to get fixed!

I agree WCV. I just don't know how that is going to happen. I have talked to the Ombudsman, the Minister of Health, my MLA, and numerous lawyers. Bottom line -- they make their own policy, and are an arms length organization. Want to hear a lawyer shudder? Tell him all about your case with an insurance co., and once his interest is peaked, tell him its WCB. Every one I've spoken to runs immediately. One told me he would look at my file-$300/hr, and decide if he'll take it on. LOL

Thanks for your comment and im sorry to hear that you have been assaulted by worksafe again this is why its so important to continue on with this fight so we may be able to stop this from happening in the first place.
We have to give the workers their rights back to claim compensation for a workplace injury with no bullshit and no exceptions!

Youre so right ,what the fuck is so hard about it? Nothing if they just did their jobs and provided the services they are supposed too.
We are all tired of the battle but we must stay strong and continue with the discussions to make them pay attention and accept that the system they have is not working in the best interests of injured workers!
