  • Sorry to hear about the soreness, but don't expect taking 1 day off will make everything go away!!! When you're sore tomorrow, don't take another day off, just start off walking if you have to and start running if you are able to warm up. If not, walking is better than nothing. Believe it or not, doing light exercise is better to get rid of soreness than doing nothing lol.
