I hear that, i love to play that song on drums. Also another great beat is the Song Vital Transformation by Cobham with Mahavishnu Orchestra. 9/8 beat. I'm sure you know it.

this album has several good tracks including this one. i looked high and low for it and finally found a mint version in a used record store in kansas city of all places.

Egad that's one of my favorite beats - Billy came up with a very original rythmn - truly an innovator and grand master!
However - this clip doesn't do it justice.. Please post the whole solo - not just an endless loop of one tiny segment.
I have the original LP, but could never find the 2nd album (other than a tape) - I spent years trying to track it down in the 70-80s - until I found it online through an online CD distributor in 2006. Amazing records! Amazing band! Billy rules!
