He mentions a stronger alliance with Europe, thus enforcing a New World Order and "will make everything easier" to control the mass population and the wealth. You know what else? He mentions Europe stating that "We're all americans"...That's how the world is going to be "controlled". By the most effective tactic of "Americanizing"...slowly but surely.
