  • So...2 weeks ago you tell @augustwhisper she'll have to wait for a review. I just checked back and I see she's still waiting - and so am I :). This doesn't LOOK bad at all, will just be interested to read about how it tastes! Good job on the video though, thanks :).

  • @ChiaOwl lol! yeah sorry about that. I kinda ate it all before I could post a video. But I plan on making it again and then I will post a video. But the fact that I plan to make it again should tell you something.

  • If you want some good low-carb bread recipes try some of Jennifer Eloff's recipes. She has several low-carb cookbooks out and her new one just out is a gluten-free one. I have made the low-carb gluten-free sandwich bread she has (recipe on her blog) and it is very good. It is not made in a bread machine but in the oven and the slices come out thin but the taste is great. She also has come bread machine recipes in her other low-carb cookbooks. She has a knack for low-cab recipes.

  • Thanks! I used this recipe to make pizza crusts (w/ splenda not sugar). The ingredients amount to about 838 Calories and 20.5g net carbs (Atkins), and I was able to press 2 medium size pizza crusts out of it using a roller and wax paper, and I ate about 1/3 of the recipe for dinner, amounting to about 280 Calories and 7g net carbs = AWESOME! (Plus toppings of course). Thanks for again for this!
