Doug Sterbenz is on-site after an ice storm in Northeast Kansas in December of 2007. While he is on camera for local news, crews replace a fuse that was broken due to a tree on the power line which "blows" (breaks/explodes) later during the interview. Sterbenz expertly explains the explosion and tells viewers that this is an example of why it takes so long to get people's lights back on after an ice storm.
