This short features the debut of Bosko's falsetto voice. Directed by Hugh Harman and Rudolf Ising, and featuring Carmen Maxwell as the voice of Bosko. In the public domain.

I have removed the "Sunset Productions" titles (which were added on when these cartoons were syndicated for television broadcast in the 1950s) and replaced them with the Looney Tunes title cards that were used in 1930/31; the cartoon itself is unaltered.

Aimiable and quiet cartoon with one noteworthy bit, the rubbery, bumping and grinding, tree with those incredible coconut tits. Very enjoyable, (really liked the tiger also). Despite his falsetto in the cartoon, Bosko's "that's all folks" voice is very deep.

It's not actually quite the correct title sequence—which is on Looney Tunes Golden Collection Vol 6, restored.

What we're seeing here is the title sequence from Sinkin' In the Bathtub, simply transplanted onto Congo Jazz. The actual Congo Jazz title sequence doesn't have the animal noises behind the theme song (only Sinkin' has the noises).
