Many people would say this has to do with crime and not race. The sad thing about this is Linda Kasabian, Patricia Krenwinkel, and Susan Atkins (look them up) all three were (without question) convicted of murder, and have each gotten multiple hearings for parole. They also only got life in prison. These are 3 white women. Mumia is a black man with a shaky trial and a death sentence, and he repeatedly gets his appeals struck down. Go ahead and tell me it's about the crime, and not the race.

they are not saying he is to go free just like that. They're just asking for a FAIR retrial that will prove whether he is guilty or not. when such a big force is behind a motive like this, the law should at least pay respect and do just that one thing.
