@eddiewarlord Clearly, this version is a bag of shit. But how exactly is it a case of the English raping the Irish? Ewan MacColl, who wrote the song, was English. The song was written about Salford, which was in England the last time I checked. The Pogues released what is possibly the best known version of the song, but they are also essentially an English band (I'll allow Anglo-Irish if you really want to clutch at straws). So, to summarise, you're talking rubbish.
