  • @KaladiCoffee I definitely prefer my coffee roasted much lighter, I like to maintain as much of the bean profile as I can. Full City tastes a tad too much like carbon to me. Too much oil and the coffee is spoiled! Great videos though!

  • If anyone is watching this video, I would assume you have an interest in getting deeper into understanding coffee. How drawn out the videos are should be able to teach you the first thing about getting to know coffee better. It takes time, so take the time. If you want something quick, may as well get a Tassimo.

  • Is that pamphlet available anywhere? Would be interesting and informative for home roasters and coffee geeks.

  • the universal cupping method requires you to have to wait at least 5 minutes for coffee to cool so that you don't burn your tongue right away, thus rendering you unable to taste all of the notes

  • This is informative, but a huge turn-off. I would not ever want to sit in one of his cupping events. Cup already!!
