Super Intense MMA Conditioning session.. Dennis Olson, John Ortolani, Jason Sarbacker getting it done! 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1.. Sprint up 68 stairs and do 10 D-Ball Clean/Squat/Press, run down, sprint up and do 9, run down, sprint up and do 8, all the way down to 1... Absolutely killer session. These guys are using medicine balls that weigh between 75 and 100 lbs...

  • just a thought but that large red thing visible at 30 seconds isn't there as a threat of some kind of punishment is it?!!
