Lightning hit my garage

I had a habit of video taping thunderstorms since I got my camera. I got some great footage over the years, but this one convinced me to find a safer hobby. I was standing just inside my garage, pointing the camera out over the driveway. After a few boring minutes of nothing but glowing clouds, a lightning bolt hit my gutters about 8 Ft. from my head. Please excuse the twitch in the framing. That was my useless attempt to duck. LOL!! When you hear the crackle before the boom, you are way too close!

@bigolecowboyguy dude we where out in florida once fishing and some storm came in, everybodies hair was standing on in cus the lightning was striking so close lol. was pretty funny. but yeah we made it back to safety in time from the storm lol.
