Franklin Canyon uses 5 illegal stop-sign cameras on driving visitors! Their latest scheme is the installation of automated ticketing cameras at stop signs within their parks. Anyone who fails to come to a COMPLETE AND FULL stop is hit with a $175 ticket for each stop sign violation. And out-of-state company robotically mailed to the car registered owner whether driving or not. Not by CA Vehicle Code.
