You're Making Your Creams Toxic!

Ever since I can remember, it's been drilled into my head to wash my hands after everything I do. But sometimes, that's not always enough ~ such is the case with sealed cosmetics and serums.

You may not realize it, but dipping into your cosmetics with your fingers can leave even the slightest trace of bacteria behind. This bacteria will then thrive in the compact environment; making your once holy grail product, toxic.

Using a product in this state won't do us any good, and can actually do us harm, and while there's nothing we can do to reverse this process ~ one thing we can do is take precautionary measures. Using sterile cosmetic spatulas and q-tips is the way to go ~ allowing you to use your favorite products while also protecting the formula itself from bacteria. Save your money, save your products, and most importantly ~ save your skin. Take care!

that is why there is stuff in the makeup to preserve it by killing any of this stuff. And toxic means poisonous :P but I get what you mean it is important to be wary of these things
