How to Turn a .bat File into a .exe File

This is a video on how to make a .bat file a .exe file.
There are no programs you need to install. The programs are made into Windows.
The program to do this is called:
iexpress.exe

Go to iExpress in Run

After typing up the bat file, just go to file, save as, and save it as file.bat and you have your bat file.
