I think we sometimes forget the discipline it takes to maintain B-Hops fitness at this stage in his life. He is a great example of what discipline & dedication can do. Take care everyone....

In fact I love Zab Judah to!What a great story for Zab, who has changed his whole life around through faith in God. I love it. People don't realize how powerful God is, but for some of us who are from the streets and have lived a hard life, sometimes the freedom & stress God relieves us of is PROFOUND. @Excecutioner147 furthermore, beginner and spectators get caught up on how 'great' someone looks on some damn bags and mitts. all that shit is just for various techniques and aptitude...that shit doesn't hold a match to another human being. focus mitts stay still most people do not. the ability to engage another fighter, witness his stance and ability...then make adjustments is what will make you a great fighter. NOT HOW WELL YOU BANG ON SOME DAMN MITTS OR BAGS.
